Only St Andrews day is a holiday in Scotland and only a bank holiday following the passing of the St Andrew’s Day Bank Holiday (Scotland) Act 2007 which was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 29th November 2006 and received Royal Assent on 15th January 2007
